Sermon Proposition: Since we have been given a living relationship with God the Father through faith in Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit, we ought to not fall into mere religious observance, but continue in that living relationship with our God through faithfulness to Christ.

Sermon Proposition: Since Christ has sent to us his Holy Spirit to guide us into all truth, we ought to welcome the Holy Spirit to be our guide.

Sermon Proposition: Since the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, is sent to us to bear witness, we ought to learn from the Holy Spirit how to testify as witnesses

Sermon Proposition: Since the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, is sent to teach us, we ought to have an attitude and disposition of constant learning and growth.
