Introduction
• Fallen Condition Focus: Tribulations and trials may cause us to take our eyes off of the Lord and live for ourselves. We revert to living for ourselves in a selfish survival mode not trusting in our Sovereign God
• Sermon Proposition: Since Christ has offered himself as the Lamb that was slain for our redemption, we too ought to offer our lives in sacrificial service to our Sovereign God
• Purpose: To call each of us to a life of the Christian martyr offering our lives in sacrificial service to our Sovereign God.
