Introduction

• Fallen Condition Focus: The Christian life is a difficult journey in which there are times or seasons of wilderness wanderings; unfortunately, these times of wanderings are often accompanied by spiritual dryness which can cause us to give up on God and his purposes for our lives. We can become discouraged and forget his divine promises and acts of redemption in our lives.
• Sermon Theme Statement: Since the Lord preserves his people in their wilderness wanderings, we ought to rely upon God to preserve us in our times of spiritual dryness
