Orestimba Presbyterian Church is located in Newman, California, a very welcoming community with wonderful people surrounded by beautiful farmland. When you come to our worship services you will be welcomed like family.

We are a Presbyterian church with roots in the community that predate the founding of Newman. The church has a traditional and a contemporary worship service. During the morning traditional service we have a Sunday school program for children. In the evening our youth group meets at the same time as our contemporary worship service. 

What to expect

Congregational Singing and Biblical Preaching

Our morning service has a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs. Our sermons are focused on the meaning of the Biblical passage for our daily lives. 

For Your Kids

We have a Sunday School program for children grades 1-6 that begins half-way through the Sunday service. The children are dismissed with the Sunday School teachers and meet in Westminster Hall until the end of the service. 

Social Hour

After our worship service we like to enjoy refreshments and fellowship in Westminster Hall. Come and share some coffee and pleasant conversation.
